Try making delicious stir-fried squid using only basic seasoning.
ingredient
1 squid
1/2 green onion
1 small onion
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
marinade ingredients
2T red pepper paste
1T red pepper powder
1T sugar
1T minced garlic
1/2t ginger powder or ginger juice
2T cooking wine

If the squid is not cleaned, cut it in half and remove the intestines, transparent bones, and eyes.
Rub the legs with salt and wash them well.
Remove the skin from the outside of the squid body.

Chop the green onions and green and red peppers diagonally.
Cut the onion into appropriate sizes.
Cut the inside of the squid diagonally.
Make a slit on the other side diagonally.
You can guide the cut with a knife, but if you make a cut, the seasoning will soak in well and the shape will change into a pine cone shape when cooked.
Cut the squid into bite-size pieces and cut the legs into 2-3cm long pieces.

Put oil in a pan and fry the onions first.
When it is about 20-30% cooked, add the squid and stir-fry. When the squid turns into a pine cone shape, stir-fry a little more.
Turn off the light.
Add the seasoning sauce, coat evenly with the seasoning, and fry over high heat.
