I remember back in the 90s, first time I played this gem of a game was on an airport. They had an N64 with Mario 64 when it was brand new, so kids could try it. My sister and I played happily while waiting for the plane to depart. I remember we even played at the same time, one was using the joystick and the other used the buttons. The nostalgia burns.

RK Belmont That is awesome! I remember when I was little, like 2 years old, my dad played Super Mario 64 and let me try it, but I was too scared to play it! A year later I turned the console on while everyone in my house was sleeping and played the game. I got to the Bob-Omb Battlefield when my dad found me playing, and instead of turning off the Nintendo 64 he rather took a seat next to me and watched me playing while giving me advices. This is why I love videogames. They can make the best memories with your family and friends

I even remember doing a paper for class on ‘things I did during summer’ in which I explain how I only got a few stars left to complete the game. I never got the last one tho, the one in which you have to beat a time record on the slide level.
