Thank you for this information. I purchased a small collection on engines and the collection contained both an ok cub .049 and .074. Thanks to your video I now have a source for parts and maintenance.👍👍👍

I was able to fire my cub with no prop just the tiny string flywheel in 3 flicks great running engine, paid 2.50ish for it in a lot of 5 engines for 12.50!!!!!

Ted is a gentleman and really helpful. I have an OK cub .049 diesel from 1954 with low compression. However the cylinder is very different from the glow version and there are no spares. I will make a new piston in cast iron for it.

That is a great deal. I know many of those engines went to the dump. Guys would crash them and its nice to see it referbished. I remember the ok engine. It works great on the line flyers. You could order the ok engine and it was a good strong engine, way better than crap cox. I may buy one just to have one. I doubt I would do anything with it, just memories.

Hello, what fuel should I use to start it? Can I use nitro 25 percent or diesel?

Consider sending the Laser 100 in for service.

No shit. Don't get me wrong, this engine could fly an airplane as it is now. Is it operating perfectly? No, but it is running fairly well.
