T.K.O. makes the show more interesting retrospectively because the fact that he's K.O. toomeans his reactions to various events are just as valid as K.O.'s. When T.K.O. destroyed Dendy's lab that means that Dendy hurt K.I.'s feelings and destroyed his lab, he dissassociated while doing so but he still very much did destroy her lab deliberately, further reinforced when T.K.O. and Dendy meet and to trigger K.O.'s anger he mentions her experimenting on him. Of nything I'd argue that shoes how much that episode effected K.O. even if it was mostly filler. Another scene that truly adds another layer to K.O. is when he and his mom discover he is Venemous'a son. While one half of K.O. is scared about going turbo and subsequently showing his negative emotions rather opting to surpress them T.K.O. is ready to come out and beat his ass presuembly out of resentment for not being present in his life. Even the cookie episode says a lot about K.O., he loves and respect's his mother but a part of him resents her for her strictness. After the end of the day K.O. goes home and has a single cookie but a part of K.O. recognizes he's the strongest and feels like he deserves more than one cookie and his nom casually admits that it'a an arbitrary rule she nade up. Another telling example is when P.K.O. beats shadowy figure and K.O. just accepts his B.S. excuse while T.K.O. accurately recalls K.O.'s memories and calls Shadow's bluff, what K.O. says is "typical villain baloney" T.K.O. investigates. This scene especially describes how K.O. doesn't really acknowledge his above average intellect and likely surpresses thise negative thoughts to as it'd be easier to accept the villain is just a saturday nkght type versus an actual stalker and that T.K.O can remember events from before he fully manifested. This also follows a pattern of surpressed K.O. displaying more of his mom's traits vs T.K.O. disolaying more of his father's traits, traits he may ve ashamed of whether they be his more agressive tendencies, his dark deeper thoughts, or even to a greater extent his powers. Throughout the show K.O. is most afraid of being powerless or percieved as weak whether it be in him triggering T K.O. originally or people calling him "cute" as he is turbonic, his second greatest fear is himself as he is ultimately the greatest theeat to those he loves when he lashes out. When T.K O. takes control of their body for the finale he says "This isn't a job for a hero, this is a job for me" further emphasizing he doesn't see himself as a villain but he doesn't see himself as a hero either when he's in that angry state which actually checks out for who T.K.O. is, he isn't a villain but he is literally every negative trait K.O. has when Boxman jr. attacks he's focused on finishing the job and letting out that pent up anger on something, the same reason why T.K.O. is temporarilly satisfied with the punching bag. We got KO, a sweet and oblivious little boy who helps people then we got TKO, a edge, emo, and emotional baggage with a lot of angst

Ahh I love him so much, I really wish the show didn’t get cut short (still happy it got a proper ending) since it felt like TKOs return to villain arc was very forced, they regressed his character development for that stupid TKO rules episode which really stinks he had a lot more potential. The ending was still great though

Like when Boxman used the Master Emerald to turn KO is turned into Metal KO? Well imagine some of the Chaos Energy from the Master Emerald went into KO's body and the Chaos Energy from the Master Emerald slowly begins to manifest itself into a new personality or alter ego like the Turbo energy that made TKO. TKO would notice something is with him inside the mind but quickly dismisses the idea that something ELSE is hiding inside KO's mind. This alter ego was waiting for it's chance to cause CHAOS and this alter ego is called..... CKO aka Chaos KO ( I would say Fleetway KO instead but that probably would cause Copyright problems lol).

K.O. came back i'd be down with a timeskip to see how a stable K.O. not surpressing his negative traits is like presuembly with all of his powers. A stable K.O. is kinda terrifying because he still has all the traits of both his components without their weakness and sonce he's a dull being he can really just set out to fix them with therapy and shit.
