@@js2003 That depends on how many Super 17s you're running. If you run both the Zenkai GRN S17 and EX PUR S17, it increases the likelyhood of the instant-win. Then arts boost gets factored in. If it's still tied, then it deletes the game, forcibly updating your phone, Android or not, to Android 17.

I like this video and great explanation. One thing i do disagree on is the minus card draw across the board. The fact you can switch and just get rid of the affect added balance to it. But now that 17 has it i feel like its gonna be common that we see this.

This guy is built to suppress Uui in so many ways, first he has a red typing, then he reduces vanish and locks in, then he takes away card draw speed and heavily suppresses blast based characters with his green card and ultimate. On top of that he directly counters Uui’s reduce ultimate damage effect with his main ability. If that’s not crazy enough he can apply more damage to Uui with his -30 to -70 to enemies sustain damage cut effect.

27:15 No. Where they messed up was units like lf rose and lf FP frieza who just always ignore endurance. Theres zero way to deal with it for an endurance unit. The GB and VB mechanics can be dealt with since they are cancelable. So its only natural that they would eventually give us ways to actually have endurance matter against them.

Wow he is so powerful. But only thing I'm worried about is that he's gonna be countered by Blue LL GT Universal spirit bomb kid goku because this LL Super 17 is red element and he should have blast armor strike arts card. Btw his kit is not bad, another vanishing gauge deleting unit. Now if I pull this character I can beat any characters except for blue element characters.

I actually think just by looking at this that he’s easily gonna be the uncontested number 1 character in the game. He had like literally everything that a good character has plus more. Like the Gohan/mvp 17 reduced damage at the end was so unnecessary he was already solidified top 10. I main droids and will summon but this dude is gonna be horrible for the game and how fun it is

@Goresh About the unique gauge charge rate. Yeah 400% amount will be 4x, but it's on top of the base amount making it 5x. If it's not, then lel. Plus the 50% extra unique gauge charge rate when doing quick attacks etc. And main 100% charge rate.

It definitely means 5x If his guage works like beast/usg then the guage takes 5 cards to fill Meaning 1x5 = he gets his full guage every first card he lands when he enters
