Okada Manila recently introduced its luxury villas. Priced at a whopping Php1M (US$ 20,000) a night, the villa has five bedrooms, luxurious bathrooms, spa, gym, dining room, entertainment room, and a swimming pool.

Whoa that's a lot of space. That's like a combination of five to six big units of a preselling luxury hotel branded condo unit in Ortigas. Then again, that villa already includes a private pool and such.

The colors are tacky... color combo hurts my eyes... like there’s ‘kabaong brown’ no thank you. And the room without a window omg... not worth the $20k/night. Just saying.... 🤷🏽‍♀️

exactly. This looks like the reception area of a medical center 😄. I do love the hotel's normal rooms though

Apparently, it looked like you were paying that high for the other amenities and perks. Other residential houses are a lot better when it comes to luxury, and even the materials.

i think the materials they use to this hotel is expensive. those paintings and jars are antique worth several million. the rating of hotels are not about the design, but the materials they use to build it and the quality. sometimes there's hotel it look so simple, but the rate is 6 stars.

@@drvlive2023 and the investor of this hotel is from japan, of course if you talk about japan, the quality is first comes to our mind. this hotel, casino and resort is worth 4billion dollars if it convert to pesos its 200billion pesos. and the owner of this Okada is Kazou Okada, the billionaire business man in Japan.
