From the Okami Soundtrack. If anyone else wants more music from the Okami soundtrack, I'd be more then glad to upload it. I do not own rights to Okami.

Whenever I dropped by the village, I always stopped and put the controller down just to listen to this track for a few minutes. It was that good.

Dear god i never felt so calm listening to music before. Im still lost for words on how beautiful this is. Rap or anything else will never hold any place in my heart like this. Its so calm it makes me forget about my worries. If feels more then music to me. Im sorry for this long comment I just feel a calm feeling i have not felt in so many years,it just makes my heart skip a beat. It makes living life in the big city(New York) more calm in my eyes. Again sorry for this long comment.

I just cant understand, how three or four composers could create so many beautiful songs. Just unbeliveable! I also dont understand, why this game has been sold so badly....:-o I saw it on German Game Convention in Leipzig for the first time and already knew, I must have this. It was awesome even from short trailer. :-)

I find it quite interesting that this game feels like Twilight Princess except gender roles are reversed, meaning your partner's a male Poncle while the main character is a female goddess in the form of a wolf.
@misaeltoral5088 жыл бұрын
Yeah, and currently I'm playing both remastered versions, Twilight Princess HD and Okami HD, Ammy plays much better than Wolf Link, both are amazing games, though.

Saint Link IKR? I love the art, characters, and music scores. Not a huge Zelda fan but still awesome.

I love Zelda, but TP has nothing on Okami, it's in its own class. Similarly TP clearly borrowed from Shadow of the Colossus with the underwater serpent fight, but it's impossible to replicate the sense of sheer scale that game managed.

I wonder why the themes of the levels in this game are split into two tracks. It sounds like they too the whole song and just cut it in the middle. But regardless, this game has some beautiful music.
@margaretgrant47257 жыл бұрын
The first part is a softer understated version for the area while the outside curse is still in effect. Once regional curse is lifted, you get second version (just like the two variations on the plains)

@Bakinak When you live in a Christian society, yeah. But I'm sure Japanese people find Christianity to be pretty cool too. Trigun, for example, has many allusions to the Bible. And like, they like our cowboys while we like their robotics. Scott Pilgrim and Knives Chao, man.

@dx619hey15 жыл бұрын
What was that supposed to mean? I can only guess that you were asking why some Japanese people pray to their 200+ gods. Well I don't, and you most likely don't, know how many gods they have (I severely doubt it's anywhere near 200), whether or not they still worship them, or if they pray to them. I think they commonly don't believe in that stuff anymore, and see it as a Mythology. It was feudal era stuff IIRC. And frankly Shinto religion/mythology is a lot cooler than the Christian religion.
@dx619hey15 жыл бұрын
Well there's no Shinto "God". It's polytheistic, and not referred to as God.

@dx619hey not to offend any christians but i totally agree w/ you. I was a former christian and i didn't like it because it was uninteresting and the preachers blabbed too much about football and not enough about jesus or job or esther or w/e. I find the shinto religion an interesting story, but im not shinto tho.
