The answer is no. Each person has their own metabolism, so their body will make them poop at different intervals. Unless... they eat something not good to their stomach at the same time. Something like... shellfish.

The same logic applies though, if you eat at the same time, and poop at the same time, means your metabolism rates are similar. Metabolism buddy instead of intestine buddy.

I think that has more to do with chat. Especially Towa's chat almost feels like after a sneeze there's more "Bless you" than "kushami taskaru" nowadays, or at least half-half
