Thank you for your video. Here are a couple of additional points that were found on our end in Microsoft Word 2010: 1. Bookmarking could not be done when the text was in a bulleted list; and 2. Bookmark names would not permit the use of dashes or hyphens for separating the words, only underscores.

For your information: press ALT + LEFT MOUSE to jump back to the position where you clicked the link. Press ALT + RIGHT to jump forward. Additionally, when you added a table of contets and appropriate headings, you can direclty hyperlink to that heading and don't need to create own bookmarks.
