Ce n'est pas du sport de combat mais c'est plutôt prévu pour éliminer un éventuel agresseur sur un coup.

@@ahmedelabassy3881 كلمة "play" يعني لعب. فاذا قلت I play karate فمعناه أنا ألعب الكاراتيه. و نحن تقول بالعربي أمارس الكاراتيه. و باللغة الإنجليزية I practice karate.

Rectification : le bois ne rend pas les coups. Si tu veux citer Bruce Lee soit précis. Qui plus est ils ne le cassent pas, ils s'en servent pour tester leur renforcement physique.

Cette philosophie adaptée à notre façon de voir le politique occidental nous éviterait (peut-être) de nous éviter certains recueils ... En clair : y a des trucs à prendre et d'autres à virer... Chacun sa sphère.

half this stuff is just stupid. They're maintaining stiff legs to 'defend' a low kick, which is a good way to get a broken leg. You defend low kicks by getting your foot off the ground and 'catching' it with your leg. There is no earthly reason to practice being that stiff in a fight stance. I've been looking for something low contact since I'm 57 and my body got destroyed doing BJJ, but I can't find any TMA that isn't bullshit and boxing and MT are just as hard on your body as BJJ because you can't train them without hard sparring.

They don't defend low kicks like that, the master's kicks are meant to test their stability. PS: For a low-contact TMA style, try Karate styles that do point sparring.
