Aitor Navarro he reminds me of young kobe. But yeah all those names are big ones. He’s a good finisher at the rim,shoots well and has good shot selection ,and got handles. But i think the most impressive part is...he got 0 TO last night man! This guy is a roookie and he doesn’t make dumb decisions. It’s kinda we’re all waiting him to be what he should be...a really good rookie,but each game he’s more likely being a superstar of a very good playoff team
@bisurdaddy

This kid is awesome. The only rookie with more points in his first 4 games is MJ with 117 to Donovan's 110. I've been a Jazz fan my entire life and games have never been this exciting. This is just the first round and the energy around this team rivals that of the back to back finals appearances of the Jazz in the 90's. And can I add a big Utah thank you to Gordon Hayward for his departure last season. He did it like a punk ass bitch the way he left the Jazz hanging last minute, but karma caught up with his ankle so the universe evened itself out. I hope he's watching this Jazz squad now.

because okc doesn't have any game plan, the system is Westbrook ballhogging until he finds someone for an assist or take a shot/drive, it's not that impressive that he averages around 10 assists per game with such high usage rate, and it's even less impressive when it comes with 5 turnovers per game. Westbrook is the ultimate statpadder, no team chemistry or ball mouvement

Which is shameful, an above average euro guard overplaying a superstar. Something more shameful than this considering the star level... maybe the 2014 finals, LeBron and his friends suffering the worst loss in finals history? It's sad to see this current generation of star players. Cowards joining forces, being outplayed by the weak, etc... I hope Simmons, Embiid, Mitchel, the greek, Davis, etc.. All of them ended up as more dignified players. The LeBron/Durant/Curry era is just shameful.

Jazz has a great system, it suits each player perfectly and it allows all of them to flourish. Their ball movement and pick and rolls are well planned out. Got to give a tremendous amount of credit to their coach. Everyone wrote them off after losing Gordon Hayward. OKC on the other hand, has a horrible system. Everyone plays iso, there is no ball nor player movement. The big three has played a number of years in the NBA yet it seems as though they don't understand that the league has evolved. Iso ball is not going to work. PG is the only one who could play off the ball. Carmelo has struggled like crazy throughout the season. Russ plays one way and lacks basketball intelligence. I want to see them do well but playing this type of basketball int going to get you past the first round.

This OKC team is filled with a bunch of FRAUDS. Westbrook is an actual hothead who should’ve been ejected like 2 different times tonight. This “super team” is getting outplayed by a rookie, a mechanic, and Ricky Rubio Oh yea, Westbrook talking about“imma shut that shit down”, but then gets beat like a drum. This guy was too selfish in tryna prove a point to Rubio that he forgot that Donovan Mitchell is the real threat.

I'm not a basketball expert, but watching the Thunder play, it's like they're 5 guys that happens to play on the same side of the court, instead of a team of 5 people. All they do is isolation plays, either top of the 3-point line or in the post. Occasionally maybe a pick-n-roll, but there's no movement in the offense. People just stand around watching the person with the ball instead of cutting and creating opportunities for each other. It's so boring to watch compare to teams like GSW or San Antonio. No wonder they're not doing well.

Now Simmons only things I can say his good at finishing at the rim and rebounding & assisting that's bout it.

Simmons role is run past half court, pass ball to better shooter, then run towards basket for rebound. His role is literally to pad his stats. If Mitchell had the same role, at 6'3", he'd have similar or better stats than simmons. Period. And if Simmons had Mitchell's role, his efficiency would be far worse, he wouldn't get half as many points, assists, or rebounds. Period. That's what Mitchell is better
@khaliyl21
@khaliyl21 6 жыл бұрын
Yeremy Wilson Mitchell is a shooting guard- scoring is his JOB Simmons is a point guard(at 6'11)- his JOB is to RUN THE OFFENSE. Yes Mitchell is the WAY better scorer but hes not the better basketball player. Simmons is not the best player on his team, Embid is the #1 option. Mitchell- 20.5ppg 3.7apg 3.7rpg 43.7 fg% Simmons- 15.8ppg 8.2apg 8.1rpg 54.5fg% I personally like Mitchell better as a player, but that doesnt mean he is better

Mitchell has the potential to be everything Westbrook isn't. He attacks with ferocity similar to Westbrook, is similarly built, but has a higher basketball IQ. I think the Jazz should chase a complimentary wing in the offseason to replace what they lost in Gordon Hayward. Westbrook said that he'll stop Rubio and he guarantees it. Well he can guard Rubio how much he wants but I think he forgot that Jazz's strength is they are a TEAM. If you wanna beat Utah you gotta guard the whole team as a team! and take note its 3 streaks win for the Jazz. That's what they known for.. their hot streaks 🔥. ✌🏼️

Westbrick have a basketball IQ of a 10 years old. He thinks basketball is an one dimensional game, head to head, rock vs rock, well Rubio decided to be water tonight. This is exactly why GSW said Westbrick is easy to guard, he just a hard but dumb rock who drive to the basket 24/7 with no alternative. Nigga need to watch some videos of the great Bruce Lee and learn his philosophy. “Be water my friend”

what legacy ? he's been fraud from day one. he thought he was Kobe or Magic for that matter. and now he is Darko . he ran off Durant and now this nicca is pulling George down and taking what's left of Melo . and that nicca was nothing but hype too . his whole career is going to be a question mark and you know he ain't going in the hall.

He shut down his own team by shutting himself down with 4 fouls in 2 quarters trying to shut down Rubio who already had WB mentally shut down from the previous game in which he got shut down by Rubio. Shit I shut down myself...

Cy The Grate he’s not, this team is simply coached badly offensively. It makes no sense for 3 elite one on one scorers to not be able to have ONE score efficiently. If one isn’t open , then aside from it being a players messing issue, but a coaching one.

Jay Garcia nah he's done.. we saw the same thing in New York, he said the GM 3 loss was a "fun game" he's just playing for the hell of it. All those wide open shots he missed.. it's over. Russ was so obsessed with Rubio he played himself out of the game and Joe Ingles has been in Paul George' head all series.
