It is a very popular small okonomiyaki “cabbage-yaki” in Osaka.
It is very cheap at 1.06USD(120 yen) per piece.
The master's skill is a must-see. It is a cabbage fly with the same taste and volume as before.
There are many other menus such as "Okonomiyaki, Yakisoba, Teppanyaki, Modern".
(The shopkeeper temporarily removes the mask for shooting.)

Those aren't non-stick, they're just plain stainless steel. They don't stick because they've been seasoned by use. The more you cook on it, a film is created on the surface of polymerized oils and such that will stay even after washing. Cast iron pans and carbon steel woks are the best examples of this.

La parte de la plancha que no se ocupa siempre tiene que estar limpia, los huevos los esta sacando de la bandeja no puede remover o hacer lugar con los mismos huevo por higiene y por último uso de mascarilla en la cocina.

The sauce is Okonomiyaki sauce - which typically consists of fruit, vegetables, sugar, vinegar, kelp, soy sauce, and shiitake mushrooms. Those ingredients are blended and pureed together. It has a savory and sweet taste.

I'm not a hater. But, does she wash the egg 1st before ? Coz she just dip the egg with skin on the food. If she does not wash all the eggs first, the hygiene should be questioned here. Coz unwashed eggs there is salmonella bacteria on its skin. But overall, I love watching this video. So satisfying.

Salmonella may only be present in eggs when the outer shell surface has been exposed to poultry fecal contamination. In Japan, at the farm level - the chickens are vaccinated against Salmonella, their feed is heated to kill Salmonella, and the chicken houses are regularly cleaned and disinfected. As a result, Salmonella occurrences are extremely rare there.
