What is needed:
Okra, palm oil, cray fish, (meat, foot cow, smoked fish, fried fish) or any of your choice. Little bit of ginger/garlic, pepper, salt, maggi.
First, put the water of the meat in the pot and add about 4 cups more if you don't have enough from the meat. Bring to boil and put your hard meat, palm oil, salt, maggi to taste.
Bring to boil again and put your okra, cray fish, stir and cook for another 10-15 minutes with the lid off or until the okra is soft.
Add the rest of your meat stir to taste and eat with some garri, fufu, rice and or a preference of your choice.
Okra is very rich in vitamins just google and make it your regular meal. Enjoy!!!
