People who live in Delhi don’t like the real momo taste cause the momo that they sell in delhi has a lots of masala which suit’s the taste buds of people who are from the Delhi and other places but in Darjeeling Sikkim and Tibet we don’t like toooo much masala in our momo so basically our momo only consists of maida ,beef/chicken/port/Buffalo,salt ,MSG,onions,ginger (is a must )and a little bit of oil or dalda that’s it

There's difference. Obviously I had googled it before so I know it now. Dim sums are of Chinese origin while momos are Tibetan. Dim sums are small bite-sized portions of food which are offered as an accompaniment with tea in China. In Tibet, momos are considered an unofficial national dish where they are served with hot and spicy chilli sauce. . Also, momos are essentially a dumpling of smaller size. Dumpling is a bigger form of momo. . Maybe I'm right!!!
