Күн бұрынRecently i completed 10k kms with my Ola S1 Pro and now found a major issue with body panels.
It started cracking automatically. So I tweeted the issue and I got prompt response from Ola for panel replacement.
They replaced all the panels within 8 days after complaint.
This time the follow up is good and the service they improved. Thanks to Ola Electric

Yes bro, in upcoming products they should improve quality, else this would lead to major flaw and their sales will drop. There should be proper R&D before providing the vehicles to customers. Compared to Ather and other EV brands, Ola faced many quality issues and those directly affects customers thought about the company. Let's see what Ola does in future bro😃

Manufacturing defect na free ah change panikalam. Idhuvae own damage na insurance la claim panikalam bro. Ather good for quality. But high price. I would suggest Ola for longer battery warranty

Bro, main ah Ola la quality issue than, panels are of not good quality. But performance and range is good in Ola. If you take Ather as a choice, it's price is more, but the quality is very good. Range is little less, but if you ride at a speed of 40-50, Ather itself will provide 130kms per charge. TVS iQube is also there in the comparison, it a family scooter from 40+years old legacy company. So if you look mainly for quality, you can skip Ola. But many users covered 25-30k kms without any issues with Ola itself. Better have a test ride of all 3 bro, which ever suits you, get that one

I think there's no difference between the panel which was before and the one installed now. All are of same quality. Might be the issue would be with the batch in which it was manufactured

Bro, for me it's changed under warranty, I think many have this issue, this should be solved by Ola soon. I didn't pay any money for replacement bro Default waranty is 3 years or 40k kms. Unlimited kilometres warranty for battery for first 3 years. We can use additional warranty, for 5 years, for that they are charging 8k extra. 60k kms or 5 years. For extended warranty no unlimited kms warranty for battery
