Ola S1 Pro Gen 2 - Delivery of Free Scooter 💥 - How I got this?

Hi Everyone.
Last September 2023, Ola conducted a contest named racetothrill on an account of MotoGP at the Buddh International Circuit.
I participated in that contest by posting a video with my Ola S1 Pro Gen 1.
Across India, Ola electric selected 10 members who won the tickets to witness MotoGP race and I am one of the person who won the tickets.
One month later after announcement of Ticket winners, I got a call from Ola representative stating that I have won Ola S1 Pro Gen 2.
It was a happy moment where my legs are not on the ground. I was jumping to the sky in joy.
On Jan 22, 2024, i took delivery of scooter which I won from racetothrill contest.
I created a video on it and posted it in KZfaq.

50-60 speed with Pillion you will get range of 120 in city and 105 in highway bro

Everywhere the issue is with service only bro. Many ola customers face service issues if they have some problem in their scooter. My first Gen S1 Pro had a serious issue one time. The MCU failed and they replaced it by visiting the location within one week. No major issues apart from that. It totally depends bro. Many completed 36k plus kms without any issues. Few had issues before completing 1000 kms. In case of any problem, we have to patiently wait and follow up. That's the only option. We are expecting that they will improve their service soon. Let's see bro

Hi bro We booked Ola S1 pro Gen2 price 1,63,800Rs. They said subsidy amount also dedicated in this price. Please advice is this correct or not

Hi bro, yes that's the price after subsidy deduction. If it's without subsidy, it would cost more than 1.85 lakhs bro. When you booked your scooter bro, if possible cancel it and book now. Bcoz they reduced price of Gen 2 by 17.5 thousand till Feb end

Yes bro, aftermarket accessories not allowed. If there's damage due to after Market accessories, then that part cannot be claimed under warranty. In case of fire accident and if our scooter has after Market accessory, company won't take responsibility

It's not like that bro, persons who have daily ride range of 30-80 kms a day can choose this vehicle. They can recover the entire vehicle cost within 3 years. Later they can scrap and buy new vehicle. If you consider petrol vehicle, they have to invest 1.5-3.5 lakhs on petrol itself for 3 years for such ride range. Even though it's still a scam, it's useful for heavy users. Not only Ola bro, all electric vehicles um apdi than. Work aagura varai use panitu scrap panikalam

Bro, 10-15 days max for Gen 2 S1 Pro. For me it took nearly 70 days as my insurance payment stuck in pending status for longer time

So for getting something from ola u r behaving like this. I never shout at people. It seems your imagination extraordinary when u stated me as shouting. From the answer u posted it is clear u r unaware of the service process. We make a service request to customer care then it is registered and then sent to service department which allocates the job to the nearest service point and then the service technician will contact u for doing service either at ur home or at service point depending upon the case. It is immature to state to have contact with service technician as the service technician allotted will be different in city .

In order to express your grievances, you would be keep on arguing with technicians which will irritate them and they may delay your service. There's no such rule that service should happen as the way you described. Many don't know how to create customer service request and such persons will reach out to service centre and check with technicians and they will create ticket on their behalf and solve the issue. I didn't get this scooter from Ola as a promotion gift. I participated and showcased my skills and for that they provided this prize (10 member across India and I am one of the winners) - FYI

I am not promoting Ola bro. Even I have mentioned same in my videos that service is a concern and they need to improve that. As a Ola customer, I participated in a contest conducted by them and I got this scooter as a prize (10 winners across India and I am one of them)
