More distance (3D) sound as you say is called sound stage - which is what engineers aim for, to sound like you are in the room/hall listening to the band as opposed to having a the speaker right in front of your face. Also putting one of each on your ear won't really give you a great comparison as no two ears hear the same because our ear canal have deferring shapes. But good review.

Ows 2 Caused my ears to break out really bad and the skin to peel and I only wore them 4 hours . The sound was awesome and battery was as well but I had to return them . The ows pro also sound even more awesome but they hurt my ears so had to return them too and I really hated to return them both . My Shokz Open Fit Never Give Me.Any Issues And Now I'm using the Soundcore AeroFit Pro Which Also Sound Very Good And Have Not Cause Any Pain Or Peeling Of Skin To My Ears And The.AeroFit Pro Has LDAC .

would the ows pro be better than a $50 over ear wired headphones overall? main use is for work from home, and I don't like the band over my head from the headphones. so I'm wondering if the difference in sound quality is not big enough to justify getting the ows for convenience and comfort. thanks! also, really love how you tested the sound quality with ear mics, didn't see any other review of the ows using that, good work!

Thanks! Over the ear headphones are designed to filter out the surrounding sound while ows is welcoming these with blending in your own preferable music/sound. They have different purpose - just like sleepbuds you wear it when you go to sleep. If you wear OWS on a busy street or hearing subway tracks while listening music, you would get annoyed. I have carried out many sound test like these on my channel - please check it out

@@ljptech got it, thanks! i don't like having anything in my ears when i'm outside anyways. it's going to be used indoors mostly, highest noise from outside would be cars passing by, air con, or someone talking in the other room. would that be too invasive for the ows?

@nopassarano only sports cars engine and those annoying kids on a scooter speeding up sounding like a mosquito or a Harley Davidson

Incredible review with the sound quality side by side ! Although in Canada the pro's are $100 more than the 2's, so a rather large price jump, However I do find the focus mode rather interesting to try. Thank you Sir.
