We become less human than the reasons that caused this. Feel angry, feel sad, feel dispire. It is the only way to eventually feel relieved, happy, content and to feel alive. Pain makes us stronger bit shielding our soul from this pain makes us weaker. See in others what you feel in yourself. Help others that you wished you had yourself. Give purpose to this life that we are blessed with and be the person you wished you had in your time of need.

@Liamsi It's 4 months since your comment, I hope you are doing better than before, I am going through the same feeling as you but just know you are the star of your own movie make yourself a priority, build yourself, the pain might look like it will never go away but with time you will start to handel the situation you went through better. Some time later in life she will realise who she left and will regret it if you were truly in love with the person. Look after yourself, you're not the first or last person that will go through this pain.
