Avoid doing exfoliation and retinol on the same day. Also I prefer mild exfoliants. But there's no harm in chemical exfoliation if you are used to it. Still I would say, apply something gentle while you are using retinol.

Pehle olay retinol cream. Weekly once for 2 - 4 weeks depending on the sensitivity of your skin. Then twice a week 1 - 2 months. Fir chaho to weekly thrice use kar sakte ho ❤️

49 yrs ki hu mein last 2 mahine pehle olay retinol cream li thi trial ke liye. Accha result tha. Serum lu ke cream pls tell. Aur kya daily laga sakte hai? Toner vit c ka hai mere paas requil ka chalega? Cetaphyl ka moisturizer kaise rahega iske saath?. Pls tell kyunki mein start karna chahti hu yeh mere forgead per bahot wrinkles ho gaye hai specially centre mein.

Serum better work karega. Hafte mein 2 din maximum use kar sakte hai. Aur sath me Cetaphil chalega. Lekin vitamin c toner use mat karna please. Retinol ke sath hyaluronic acid toner use karna chahiye. Vitamin c and retinol eksath use karne se nuksaan hota hai.

It depends ke aapke skin ko kya zarurat hai. But daily use ke liye regenerist better hai because retinol cream initially twice or thrice a week hi use kar sakte hai maximum. Waise dono hi top notch hai, koi bhi use kar sakte hai. Main zyada tar regenerist hi use karti hu.

Yes dear. Abbhi olay use karna start karo. Olay regenerist micro sculpting cream, retinol serum and olay eye cream - twice a day. Aur bhi achha hoga agar - jis din retinol serum use nehi kar rahe ho us din luminous serum use karoge to. Ye sare best products hai. Luxury skincare product se bhi zyada achha kaam kiya hai mere liye. Retinol serum - only at night, twice a week.

No vitamin c. Vitamin C is an active ingredient that'll react with retinol. Stick to the options I just mentioned a few minutes back.

Any hyaluronic acid based moisturizer. Like Neutrogena, l'oreal etc. Anything that doesn't have any active ingredient other than hyaluronic acid or niacinamide.
