1897 දී අධිරාජ්‍යවාදී පාලන සමයේ යෝජනාවක් අනුව වැඩ අරඹා 1899 දී විවෘත වී එදා සෙනඟට සේවය කළ වරාවල ආරුක්කු පාලම අදටත් සෙනඟට මෙහෙවරයේ යෙදෙයි.
වසර 120 කට වඩා පැරණි මේ පාලම වෙනුවට අලුත් පාලමක් තිබුණත් ආරුක්කු පාලමේ වටිනාකමට වටිනාකමට වටිනාකමක් අද ලැබී නැත.
මෙය කෑගල්ල දිස්ත්‍රික්කයේ රුවන්වැල්ල නගරයට ආසන්නව සුන්දර ස්ථානයක පිහිටා ඇත.පහලින් රිටිගහ ඔය ගලා යන අතර දේදුගල බුලත්කොහුපිටිය ප්‍රදේශයේ ඇති බොහෝ දිය ඇලි රාශියකට ජලය එකතුව ඇති අලංකාරය වැඩි කරන ජල මූලාශ්‍රය රිටිගහ ඔයයි.

Work started in 1897 according to the proposal of the imperialist regime and opened in 1899 and served the people then,the Arch Bridge of Warawala is still serving the people today.

This is located in a beautiful place near Ruwanwella town in Kegalle District.Ritigaha Oya flows below and Ritigaha Oya is the water source that adds to the beauty of many waterfalls in Dedugala Bulathkohupitiya area.
