Aap new car 10 saal chalaoge toh old car chalega 5 saal. That means aapko 2 old car leni paregi. New car pehli 5 saal tak boht kam maintenance rahega, lekin old car me aapko dono hi baar heavy amount kharch karne parenge. Also, 2nd hand me re-finance 12%-14% ka aata hai compared to new 8.5-9%. New car ka EMI 3-5 saal me khatam hone ke baad aap next 7-5 years saving kar payenge. Ye sahi baat hai ki new lene me old se jyada paisa kharch ho jayega. Lekin aapko peace of mind bhi milega. Mere hisab se agar budget sahi hai toh new le lo. Budget kam hai, kam price ki gari lo. Budget kam hai lekin gari badi wali chahiye toh obviously 2nd hand lena padega. Usse bhi kam budget ho toh alto le lo 2nd hand, bohot badiya chalega. Aur jin jin logo ko cycle lena ho woh cycle hi le. Yaha pe apna time waste na kare.

For a middle class car lover or car needer used car is perfect option. I was in mood to buy a new one just thinking that I would have a new car but later on I changed my mind and invested 1 lac and bought used Alto 800. It is running very well and I am totally satisfied.

These days a 5 yr old car worth 10 lakh costs around 6 or 7 lakh in resale market depending on the popularity of the car. Resale market has Gotten costly too.

2nd hand car will always have high maintenance & the resale value wld be much different. Need to do proper comparison. Also inspite of killing your dreams, one shld try for additional income bcoz once u got trapped in saving, there is no coming back.

Better decision is to buy a car whether new or old which can be reliable for long term so that cost of usage can be derived easily. Decision of buying a new/old car is purely as pet personal need and financial condition. Its a dream of many to buy a new car. After all what will you do with the invested money? You will have to utilise it at some point of time. If you have basic requirements fulfilled like house and career and have proper savings intact then there is no harm in buying a new car.

This calculation is true for all depreciation assets. Living by too much calculation will take out pleasure of living. Affording luxury is always costly. With low income and mediocre aspirations this second hand theory is ok.

Old car aur new car me rate of interest bhi alag alag hota hai new me 7% aur old me 11 % Old car me tyre battrey or insurance , transfer me 50 hajar extra lag jate hai Jabki new car me ye sab company deti hai to new car 5 sal ki emi par lena sahi rehta hai baki

Far away from reality. Old car interest is more than 13% plus maintenance costs . So the calculation is not so simple

What about after 5-6 year when age of your car cross 10 year, you will have to buy another car. That means you will have to buy 2 old cars against a new one.

Rate of interest for 2nd hand cars is always very high usually 12% and more so comparison of New VS 2nd hand at same 9% will not hold good.

Sir apki puri class me 80% sb kuch correct line pe chl r h tha.lekin 6 years ki investment and salary ka session ne khrab kr dia sb. Jiske pas 8 lakh h. Wo 2 lakh ki down payment ke liye sochega kya??? Or jiski salary 1.5 lakh hogi wo kya second hand car k liye sochega???.

New petrol car will run for 15+5 years. Also if in good condition, it may extend to another 5 yrs. I have used my Hero Honda CD100 bike for 25 yes.

Aapko car market me thoda aur time bitane ki zaroorat hai, 7 saal ki EMI ho jati hai @8.25% ROI, 7 saal ka loan leke baki ke paise per month invest krdo, aur old car pr 5 saal ka hi loan milega @13% ROI.

चचा, कौन सा बैंक FD में 7.5% interest देता है बताइयेगा ज़रा (जो आपने बताया है 6:27 minutes पर) हमको करना है FD हमको तो 5% interest देता है और senior citizen को 5.5% देता है। इस हिसाब से ₹9,21,600 का 1 साल का interest हुआ ₹46,080 Total value हुआ ₹9,67,680 मतलब कुछ भी ज्ञान पेल देते हो you tube पर। पुरानी गाड़ी में free service नहीं मिलेगी। बनवाने में भी खर्च होगा। पता चले कि car घर से ज्यादा service center में पड़ी है। और ले दे कर खर्च नया कार से भी ज्यादा पड़ जाए।
