If you are into modern homes, there are plenty of modern homes in Old Fourth Ward to choose from. With the ease of access to the Beltline, residents of the Old Fourth Ward neighborhood can easily hop on and walk/jog/ride a scooter or bike to several other fun neighborhoods that are a short stroll down the Beltline.
