Goa looks nice, it has a very sad history related to religious conversions and portugese. After seeing these videos people will use dust bins and not throw garbage anywhere.

I don't know what to say. People are becoming so stupid. Even though dustbin is there but they will not put garbage in dustbin.

The question is: Why people throw garbage anywhere? Probably due to lack of dust bins in lot of places, garbage collection and management. Banning plastic will help a lot, it is winding up as nano particles in food.
