Old LA Zoo: Exploring Griffith Park's Forgotten Zoo
The Old LA Zoo is one of the most unique places in Griffith Park. This was the home of the original zoo in Los Angeles from 1912 to 1965, and then when it was moved, many of the exhibits and cages were left in place. You can still walk around and explore the zoo to this day. It has become a popular spot for photography and for hiking in Los Angeles.

went their yesterday it was kinda shitty honestly not much to do there its honestly just for hiking people just bring their dogs there the cars and statues are gone only the caged are left honestlyu tho the park near by is by far the best playground i have ever been to lol

I see people say the hike is 3 or 4 miles but also 7 miles..which is it?
