I love the new content in osrs but i have to be honest the people doing the music for it are not as good as ian taylor too bad ian taylor is a evil man and will never come back for good reasons that is why they like to reuse older runescape music.

Back in the days where you need to get 50 hits as soon as possible because there wasn't shields around the portals. When we joined IRC chat rooms to hop for a world where 95% of the team was 100+ combat. Good times.

T'was a child back then and i still remember... the spam on the boats... as soon as you board the boat leaves... game finishes in like 40 seconds... pop back out... board the boat again... repeat... ahhh its a shame that future generations of rs players will never expirence the magnitude we had :/ rip.

Apologies for the extremely late reply but I firmly agree with this, especially with the fact that Pest Wars now is so barren that I wouldn't be surprised if Jagex got rid of it, it is usually only filled with 5 people every time I went past them. It's rather sad thinking that because it'll be another dead minigame that newer members will never see why people enjoyed it so much.

if you hate on pest control you dont know how to have fun with combat, like if it bothers you sitting there with your little sword then just grab some barrages or chins or whatever and mess around. Never understood how people could hate this xD

I remember playing this minigame so much. Seriously can't believe it's been what about 6 or 7 years. It's hard to believe. Now I try and play RS, it looks so much different.

Probably my first rage inducer as a PC gamer. Some games, people don't focus the adds, some the healer, or in some the hyper carry. Here, no one focused the god damn spinner.

Lol these comments are legendary! Can't forget Heart Unit, and how everyone used to say "trade for 100+ pc world", "ffs so many noobs", "ffs close the door", "attack the portals", "get the spinner". The LUCKY pc games where the Knight is about to die but we win! Panicing for 50 zeal because the game is too fast, barrage, monk robe gear, and the yellow portal getting raped every time. Oh, and seeing Zezima one time :P

I remember when pest control was the best XP in the game. Then there was an update that cut all xp earned in PC in half and reduce the amount of XP earned in rewards by a ton. People rioted.

Okay, the weird thing with this soundtrack for me is this: I don't recall why, but this would play when I was grinding Brimhaven for Agility way back in the days and so I've always associated it with Brimhaven. I can't think of anything else when I hear this music and I just feel it's so much more fitting for the Brimhaven Arena.

Back when you needed void but couldnt enter higher level boat so you sticked with med portal but it was always full of noobs so you won 50/50 of the games and recieve not much zeals so you have to had to join the novice boat lol.
