Did u even watch the show? Koch was judging those young men off the basis of their color, he showed no respect, they tried to express themselves to him and he made a mockery of them, he was busy trying to make the court room laugh.. u are the one that ppl should be ashamed of you Uncle Tom!

People were more civil back then when Joseph Wapner was the presiding judge on the People's Court. As I recall, he never had litigants like these gang bangers in his courtroom. But something transpired in the years since that made people less and less civil. Just sad.

I kind of didn’t like what she did in that part. Because The guy was talking to the judge, and he had the right to say what he felt. It’s called freedom of speech. And Josephine had to get in talking about show respect in the courtroom!! Ummm... some cops are scumbags ma’am. And it wasn’t your duty to tell him to show respect in the courtroom and keep quiet. He was talking to the judge. I’m glad that we got bailiffs like Douglas on the peoples court who are more sincere than Miss Josephine Longobardi was in that quart room.

I went to a taping of TPC a long time ago. Before the show started, there was an unruly member of the audience casing a disturbance. Josephine actually took charge and got that guy under control. She doesn’t act tough for the cameras. She really was bad-ass.

It was wrong of Josephine to tell The guy who said that cops were scum bags, it was wrong of Josephine to tell him that he could see what he feels respectfully. You see now in 2021 was happening today with the cops, so I think it was very wrong of Josephine to do that.
