That scene of the KCS Christmas train with the city background is just fantastic it just looks surrealistic like a diorama. Camera Rail Club out of Omaha had a small article about the UPGP 40s and after the E units they are the oldest locomotives in the fleet with 5 having SAL starts and 3 from B&O. We usually have a few here in Milwaukee cover the locals and the short haul Freight on the stub line to Sheboygan. Thanks for the variety

This is a very well done and enjoyable video thank you. I wonder what it would be like to live in that house nearby Tower 26, if the constant train horns and noise would keep one awake at night.

The Saratoga and north creek railroad cars might be getting leased out for some Christmas excursions, our museum down here in So-flo used to lease those for a polar express trains, maybe they were headed somewhere for that , amazing video guys! Loved it!

I enjoy watching your rail recap videos. They are much nicer than Virtual Ralfan’s Grab bag videos.

No clue where those SNC cars were heading. But I did play a part in getting that set back in service. The value of those cars is the big, clear windows which were always a hit with riders. Also, the capacity: The set could hold 300 with no issues. But with that many bodies the HVAC had better be working.

Those Saratoga cars probably went to Madison. There is a ton of historic passenger are stored over there. Train was H-MEMGAL though which is odd

Another one that calls KCS motors “CPKC”. You’d think someone who is part of a company like Live Trains would know better.
