Thanks for this, I am 12th house Moon conjunct retrograde Pluto, and yes I spend time alone. I’m 79. I live near the ocean on NorthWest coast of U.S. Love the sound of waves and wind.

My eldest son has this, and he’s too withdrawn and isolated imo. If you don’t foster close bonds with friends and family you come unstuck when things go wrong. No man is an island, and all that.

Yeah, I'm an old soul in a young body, but a child at heart with Leo Moon. Quite an isolated life for sure, but I love it as INFJ-T. I like interacting with people on my own terms, but introversion is high. The hustle and bustle of life just isn't for me, been there done that lifetimes ago. Agree about the escapism and addictive nature for sure. Chocolate, oh yes! Water is calming, to observe, not to be in. I like the sounds of rivers, ponds, lakes and even seas. Actually solitary ships at sea paintings are some of my favorites!

12th house is tough. I’ve got a stellium in the 12th in Sag, the tip of a Tsquare of Jupiter in Pisces opposite Uranus in Virgo. 😵‍💫

Spot on. My Virgo moon is in my 12th house at 27 degrees, so yes, as much as I try to let it all flow, Virgo has opinions on that. Growing up I spent most of my time alone in my room or alone in nature. I've become too anti-social really (I rather enjoyed lockdown during the pandemic). I've also got natal Uranus conjunct my moon at 25 degrees. And I hear that transiting Uranus is going to be at 25 degrees Taurus in mid-June, trining my little 12th house conjunction. I'm hoping that's a good thing. We'll see. Oh and for decades I've been wanting to live in a house near a cliff overlooking the North Atlantic. A house with a widow's walk, so I can feel the salty wind brush against my skin. Perhaps this isn't a wish, but a memory from a past life? In any case, I still want it in this life.

Me too, My Cancer Moon conjunct Uranus within a degree. Also conjunct mercury 4 degrees from my Cancer Asc.gives us an Aquarian type moon, somewhat detached, loner. My moon (mother) figure was also an Aquarian Love private time...The antique child was my moniker as a youth. All things metaphysical my comfort zone. As a sun sign Gemini conjunct Mars and jupiter the bi polarity of my social not social persona is not lost on me, Iz a mess! LOL...Steves diagnosis is spot on!

That’s meeeee….!!! 10’ Aries, at the head of a kite of 10’ of all the air signs. It’s actually a grand sextile if you include the NN and Dsc at 10’ of the other 2 fire signs. I spend a LOT of time alone and yes, I have gone to the negative extreme of isolation but I’ve also created a lot of art and generally enjoy my own company and find peace & quiet absolutely essential. ❤️

I do indeed live by the seashore. I crave oceanic-solitude. I have 5 placements in the 12th House as well: .♒Sun, Moon, Mercury ♑ Neptune, & Uranus. Solitude is a nutrient I need - "Vitamin S". But, with my Ascendant also in ♒, it can be an odd situation between the 2 energies of heavy 12th & Aqua. I enjoy my inner world - and I much prefer to fulfill any itch for “collective networking“ from afar (the internet) - while alone in my quiet, creative, Seaside abode...where, I have space to think all the thoughts, and then maybe, share them with the world...sometimes.😉
