What kind of future do you want? The decisions we make now will have a significant impact on the unfolding threat of climate change. It’s time to unite together for change.
Your “Carbon Footprint” is not to blame. Climate change is caused by a handful of multinational fossil fuel corporations that are profiting from pumping astronomical amounts of pollution into our air. Those who are responsible should be held accountable. The UK Government have shown that they cannot be trusted to do the work, but the people are ready to roll up our sleeves and get it done.
From April 21-24, The streets of Westminster will be transformed with People’s Pickets outside government departments and a diverse programme of speakers, performers and workshops, awash with colour and culture. There will be art and music, talks from experts, places to listen and engage, and activities for the kids.

All Human consciousness must be uploaded onto the cloud for the sake of the environment. Transhumanism is our only hope. It's the only way for us as a species to reach zero Carbon. If by 2035 all human awareness is in the cloud the Government might be able to stop Carbon destroying the planet.

I'd encourage anyone who still doesn't believe in climate change to search for IPCC summary videos, or look up NASA's climate change pages. Politics has divided society, but we all share this planet. We can disagree on so many things, but surely securing a fair, clean, and prosperous future is something we can all unite for.

The Climate has always changed and probably always will. Using the term climate change says nothing in itself does it. Climate ' experts' have been making wrong predictions since the 1960's.

@@mathanmor You mean the last report from The IPCC AR6 For any given future warming level, many climate-related risks are higher than assessed in AR5, and projected long-term impacts are up to multiple times higher than currently observed (high confidence). Risks and projected adverse impacts and related losses and damages from climate change escalate with every increment of global warming (very high confidence). Climatic and non-climatic risks will increasingly interact, creating compound and cascading risks that are more complex and difficult to manage. Some future changes are unavoidable and/or irreversible, but can be limited by deep, rapid and sustained global greenhouse gas emissions reduction. The likelihood of abrupt and/or irreversible changes increases with higher global warming levels. Similarly, the probability of low-likelihood outcomes associated with potentially very large adverse impacts increases with higher global warming levels.

Yes totally agree! In order to do that we need to stop regular working people from going to the hospital, we need to block access to all hospital routes, for working people only that is. They thought we were annoying when we stopped them from seeing dying loved ones for the last time or reaching lifesaving cancer treatment. Just wait until we block all hospital access together! That will raise public awareness and support against Elon's mass polluting rockets! What do you think?

Sadly, we (and by this I mean generally, not everyone) are the most lethargic, selfish, greedy and stupid species on this planet and I fear that any major changes to the thinking and attitudes of the many will be too late. Like with climate change, most will agree it is happening but when asked to do something about it, many will just shrug their shoulders and continue as before..Hopefully I am totally wrong.

A more hopeful advert next time. Same couple with old, broken, smelly sofa being offered a new, beautiful, carbon free living room makeover. What sane person would choose to keep the smelly diesel room, when they can have the clean, contemporary room with a permanent servant to do the cleaning? There are masses of people out here who truly don’t have the capacity to get to London (or local city) for a day to go on a march/vigil, let alone be arrested overnight or longer. Let’s not demonize those who sit at home despairing. And thank you for being able to continue the rebellion.

If you need help getting to london just ask gail bradbrook. She has a smelly diesel powered car and i'm sure she'd give you a lift if you don't mind a quick stop to buy some imported fruit and veg wrapped in plastic.
