I've flown ANA several times from IAD to MNL and back via NRT and HND and I'd say their service is impeccable and their connecting times are quite convenient. Although you have to have an overnight stay at HND to catch the next morning flight to IAD. This I do not mind since I can stay at the First Cabin at HND. I'd take them anytime over United, that's for sure! Thanks for sharing this video.

I wouldnt mind not being seated in a window seat if there are outside camera views in the TV screens. Love those outside views being broadcasted inside the plane's IFE screens.

The Boeing 767 is my absolute favorite aircraft in the entire world. It sure works well for the airlines it serves. Interesting trip and great video!!!

For my next trip to the philippines on may 2015, i'm planning to fly with B748 from frankfurt to HKG, then 744 of CX from HKG to MNL. And in return, i will fly with ANA. B767 from MNL to tokyo and dreamliner from tokyo to paris. Its quite expensive 980€ round trip but i guess it will be a great experience for sure! ☺

This type really old, B767 was produced since 1981. B767-300ER winglet variant was produce in 2008, those are the fleet ordered by ANA that was delivered only in 2011. But this one don't have winglet.

I prefer to take 747 from the U.S to Malaysia . Which airline is the best for prices and safety ? I had with EVA, China airlines, United ( which I don't car much for customer service and food ), Singapore, they stop using 747.

Excellent trip report.The engine start-up sound was amazing.The problem today is that most of the airlines count wallets(money) rather than persons.They declare that If you want comfort buy the business and first class tickets.Economy is for the light purses.Like a bus for instant.I don't agree of course at all but money makes the world go round....By the way I think that touch down was a bit late.Awesome video.Enjoyed!!!

quick question...I watched another vid overlooking the wing on a variant of the 767 and there was some sort of hydraulic pump or motor imbedded in the wing controlling the flaps..the noise that it made was loud on the vid so I know it must have been deafening to the passengers...did you hear any loud noise from the flaps action???

I have been on this flight. For economy, it's spacious. Food is good. The service is above average. The only thing I don't like is when you get to NRT you have deplane and ride a shuttle/bus to take you to the gate. It's also the same coming back with my connection to ANA- NRT to MNL. I hate getting in those shuttle buses to get to the plane. But as far as the 767, I'll take it anytime rather than a United Dreamliner economy or a American 777-200/300 economy. Asian airlines are the best. ANA, Cathay, JAL I like. So sorry that JAL has not moved to Terminal 3 at NAIA, they're still at Terminal 1 which is unclean, outdated and just plain shabby.

While the 767 is an old design, some of ANA's -300s are not too old, as evidenced by the Boeing Signature Interior. A number have been delivered in the past 10 years. Also, is it just me, or did the pilot float way too long over the runway before planting the wheels on the pavement? That's actually quite dangerous and definitely not a good habit.

The best Terminal in NAIA is Terminal 3 cause it's more spacious and more quicker to move on that terminal.

I enjoy flying on 767's. I haven't flown on a dreamliner but I don't know if really want to either. In my opinion the 767 is among the best wide bodies out there today. It'll be a shame when theyre all replaced with the dreamliner.
