I was an older guy who dated young, but any flirtation was not overt. I think most men want a younger woman, that is just in our nature and the upsides of a younger woman compared to an older one is endless compared to the downsides. Advice to man of any age - old or young. When I was an adolescent I didn't think I was attractive.
