Cairns does get very hot ..It can go into 40's, summers are horrible and there is extreme humidity...About the Sugarcane farms, Cairns and the Surrounding towns have a huge population of Sardars who have been living there for Generations..You have Sardars who are also Banana Farmers... Infact if you look into the History of Australia, there are ANZACS Wherein Sardar Soldiers fought against the Japanese on behalf of the British.. Indians as you all know are very good farmers and the British did bring indians way before independence to live in Australia... As an Australian, as much as these videos are good, it would be nice to see some more facts about how Indians play a part in Australia in those remote towns or small cities such as Cairns..The indian connection wont be everywhere though but there was a significant influence in the past and present... The double tree hotel looks so great. The rainforest ' cable car drive gives beautiful scenery in the middle of the jungle. The walk down path and the guide who gave the information about the old trees during the period of Dinosaurs are quite amazing to hear. What fantabulous view of the waterfalls flow the cable car 😮. Hi Madhavan! Cairns landscape and blanket of greenery simply out of the world. The waterfalls made it even more special. Wonderful capture. One small suggestion to have subtitle in tamil in places where there are long dialogues in English. It will be helpful to some.

As mr. Madhavan says the rain forests and the waterfalls were literally breathtaking. Yes, i had been to the very same areas five years back. Only when you experience you will feel the exhilaration. As I travelled in the month of March, the water flow was heavy and the water spray was hitting the viewer's platforms above the waterfalls. It was an incredible experience. Thanks to Mr. video shoot,. memories of that experience comes to the fore. Also, i was able to meet three Torres strait islanders whose physique and facial features resembled that of tamils.
