If Yugas are cyclical in nature, then maybe there are more than one satyuga, dwaparyuga, tretayuga and kaliyuga. Maybe some structures were left from previous kaliyuga.

Oldest temple in India 🇮🇳 is, Uttarakosamangai temple., Ramnad district. Near Rameshwaram Where that Shivalingam is world's oldest. This temple predates to exist before the competition held between Lord shiva and Lord Bhramma( during which lord shiva's flower lies about the result and favours lord Bhramma and cheated Lord shiva. So lord shiva cursed that flower and Lord Bhramma. Because of this curse Lord Bhramma didn't have any temple ) Note: place where King Ravana and his wife mandodari married. Source: Kanchi kamokoti peetam and sharadha peetam.

It would have been built by the then advanced civilization . It's known and logical that from time to time civilizations built and fall and then replaced by some other . Example ...If today this advanced civilization fall and somehow got destroyed by wars and all and all humans living in advanced cities die. What will happen . The humans which are living in forests or may be underwater or may be under Earth will come out of forests and will start exploring and will consider things like communication towers or aeroplanes as some majestic or magical structures which used to fly or used for communication and they will start worshipping yese symbols and will start advancing . This is a cycle . Think about it .
