I have actually done this before in Fallout. Just sit my character down, listen to the in game radio and just watch the idle cam while having a drink or eating. It's nice to just take a break and take everything in.

i played this video for my dying dog every night as he slept. it eased his sleep then, and now i find myself distracted from my own sleep by the remembrance of him. he was just put down today. i miss him so much already.

My stepmom gave me fallout 4 with my first Xbox maybe 6 years ago for my birthday, I was so happy I played that game so much I played it today, today is her birthday and I miss her a lot she was really cool 🤙🏻

My older brother got head surgery. and during his recovery I stayed with him. He had me help him walk around during the day. and we would watch fallout lore vids every night. When I play now I’m always sorta thankful to Fallout for letting me & him bond. 🖤

Someone finally done something like this. I always have fond memories of walking through Zion canyon back in NV and just exploring with the mysterious broadcast at night with rain dropping down. Gave me goosebumps and relaxed me.

Used to love doing this in New Vegas. Had a mod that overhauled the weather and at one point I was hunkered down in a little shack with a tin roof in some corner of the Mojave. Was listening to my Pip Boys radio while I could hear the rain beat down on the roof, loved it

Huge Fallout fan here. I remember buying New Vegas when I sold about 20 wii games I didn’t want to play with anymore to this video game place. Some of them were even the brand new ones that came out but who knew I was just a lil kid. The place always had a dude in a Mario costume flipping a sign outside, coolest thing ever, even looking back on it as an adult. I was told I’d have more in-store credit than if I asked for cash, so I looked around their store and spotted New Vegas. I looked at the back and saw a huge robot blasting. Looked cool. I got that for all the games I sold, and I didn’t know what to expect when I threw it in my ps3, but what came from it was a wave of peace and calm as I saw everything the game had to offer. The music, character and weapon designs, culture, fights, all seemed to put me at an ease that still sticks to this day. Won’t ever forget it.

Since finding this video, I have listened to it nearly every night to sleep, and I’ve even played it on my speaker at work on rainy days, absolutely love it! Even got a couple of my friends hooked on it for their sleep sounds

Legit better then most “ambience” videos that just put you in a dang thunder storm and slap asmr to it.

This is honestly the most relaxing Fallout 4 ambience video I've come across, thank you for this the quality is top notch and the amount of rain / volume is perfect.

A nice quiet rainy evening somewhere in the Northwest and some light jazz music playing in the background and on one side of the street is a bar/cafe, some small houses not big or fancy but they keep out the rain and make it warm inside I see an occasional resident of this community out and about I haven't been here all that long but from what I've seen it is very quiet as I said and very laid back and along with the rain it is now thundering and lightning and I'll sit back in the alley out of the rain and take a little nap well g'night y'all

I have very bad anxiety, and since I'm a Fallout fan, this is truly great tool to put in background while I indulge in my work/study.

See, I had some heavy surgery back in the summer, almost a year ago now. When in recovery, I always had this video going on a gentle volume. It never failed to help slow the mind down, relax and eventually fall asleep. It helped beyond words when I was still in the hospital and continued to do so when finally returning home. 2015. your buddy just showed you fallout 4 and the base he built. you go out and get it. you spend over 500+ hours (with only about 50 hours online so your time doesnt transfer) playing, looting, building, deleting the game cause of a glitch, re installing the game, playiing until you reach a bug that only 0.0027% of players have, wait 5 months for a patch to come and fix it, proceed to play the game another 100+ hours. its now 2023 and you wouldnt've changed a facking thing besides saving more mats for firework so you can make one hell of a july 4th show

To anyone who hasnt done it, i highly reccomend getting some mods, building a cozy hut at the build height limit, turning on the atomic radio mod and just vibing. The wind sounds when you get uo high just add another layer. not to mention the view. pure bliss

Last time I played this game was 2 or so years ago, completing the automatron and bar harbor DLC. Absolutely love this game. The way Bethesda allows the player to blend in some oldies while wandering the landscape truly makes it unique.

So relaxing. That's the weather here in germany right now. I'm not really a "gamer" - so I didn't know anything about Fallout until recently. I guess youtube suggested this video and channel to me, because I'm following nemo's dreamscapes and several lofi-music channels and I really love it. After I've listened to it for a couple of days I began to play fallout 4 just because of the music and the atmosphere 😄I always loved old music like Skeeter Davis, Billie Holiday and others in Fallout. And I like relaxed instrumental Jazz music. Most (younger) people only know this music because of Fallout - I only know Fallout because of this music. 😅 -but we're all here, listening to it. This kind of music on YT helped me through a lot, lately. Thank you for this video.

Man, you know, I wish nick valentine had a more noir detective style character and even quests. Types of jobs that would have the player making their own decisions and doing some real sleuthing. Instead we got synth boi 5000 and the one quest for far harbor.
