Ole Miss and Arkansas played in the 1-0 game in the 2022 College Baseball Season. The winner would advance to the bracket final, where they would need just 1 win in 2 opportunities to advance to the CWS finals, while the loser would play Auburn Tuesday night in an elimination game.

One of my favorite accomplishments is revolutionizing the way sports channels create thumbnails. I started making them with team logos on the left, and a game snapshot on the right, and I’ve gotten almost all of my video views with that style.
I have a combined 4 years of experience as a Baseball & Basketball Play by Play announcer, which is where I learned my skills for commentary/breakdowns.

Pearl river community college(Mississippi)won the njcaa national title this year. Then Mississippi state won the ncaa World Series last year. Now ole miss fenna prolly win it all. We might as well get ready for southern miss next year. 😅. Just Mississippi schools in general. Been dominating baseball ⚾️

I played SS for Southern Miss. Ole Miss shut Southern Miss twice at home to advance to the CWS. Go Golden Eagles!

@@laroydaniels260 a 450+ ft bomb is not luck. Y’all’s LF losing a pop fly in the sun and letting us score our first run yesterday was luck, but mashing a ball out of the stadium is not luck Some days your pitching staff has it, and sometimes they give up 11 walks. Ole miss is hitting really well right now, but Arkansas is not here because of luck. Besides, we won that game by 8 runs. 1 HR had nothing to do with winning that game

Great game from both sides despite the score. Ole miss were dogs out here, but I want to point out the Arkansas homer to rightfield. That ball was CRUSHED. GG's to everyone.

They said that kids homer went 324 but it was 50 feet past the fence and a 109 exit velo. That thing was 380+

A team that finishes 9th in the SEC regular season is just one win away from the national championship series. While the team that runs away with the SEC crown doesn’t even reach Omaha. I guess that’s the beauty of the postseason. It’s a second life or opportunity for every team to start out from a new slate. Once you get to the dance, anything is possible and you create your own fate.

People must also forget that ole miss was number 1 in the nation for a bit and top 6 until after the Tennessee game. Also Kevin graham was out and he plays a big part in the game. Hayden dunhurst also got injured too and he was out. Now that ole miss has everyone back they r playing like the team that they’ve always been the whole season. Hotty toddy Go Rebs❤️💙

Home run in the 2nd inning landed like 10 rows up after going over the bullpen....left field is 335 or something down the line (not short) Statcast: 324 ft homerun LOL....gonna say that wasn't an accurate read

I don't get it either, but I don't think it would've changed the outcome against this Ole Miss team - the Hogs' bats were too cold.

The razorhogs got their butts handed to them. Ole miss looks like they have the arms. Their bats look pretty darn good. I think the hogs needed to be brought back to reality.

Theres no way he would have got the out at home on that ball. Theres nobody out 2nd and 3rd and youve got a 3 run lead still early in the game. If you dont get an out at all you almost guarantee at least 1 additional run (if not more because runner at first nobody out) scoring that inning on top of that one you just allowed.

One thing also is when theres runners and 3rd AND second teams are much more likely to go on groundball contact vs reading it because even if (which is a big if because its very difficult to throw out an unforced runner at home with the infield back) the runner from third is thrown out at home, youve replaced him with the runner at 2nd.

@@owenprickett7727 this is and isn't political. First of all, it is just called the Men's College World Series by the NCAA. Plus, baseball is not necessarily exclusive to men. Secondly. It is sexist to say College World Series and assume it is for men instead of women. Plus, why then specifically make the distinction of Women's College World Series?? This diminished women's sports by saying just College World Series.

@Loyal Jaguars fan since 2015 so then how come you see girls playing in the Little League Baseball World Series? What about non-binary people, or any one else who doesn't fall into the gender binary? Are they just excluded from either sport? No. Baseball and softball are not gender exclusive sports.
