Glad khyzniak got over the Olympic loss. I want to see him in 24 Olympics winning gold

In hindsight Sumit fought surprisingly well. Much better work from Khyzniak, working the body, keeping his guard up even slipping at times.

Need to see Khyzhniak-Hernandez. That and Batyrgaziev-Harvey are the best fights you can make in amateur boxing right now

@@taylorohiggins1734 Loved Hernandez, he really has great size and it was his first major international tournament I believe and he exceeded expectations. Sousa should return to the field if this Probellum stuff doesn't kick up.

Credit to Sumit for trying to fight fire with fire, but seems like Khyzhniak wore him out with those body shots. Also, he always gave away inside position in the clinch to Khyzhniak - bad idea.

That’s the only way Sumit knows how to fight, and whilst he was able to bully Bizhamov, you just knew that Khyzhniak would end up wearing him down and taking over. Good effort from the Indian boxer, he’s physically very strong for someone so young, but if he wants to go up to that next level he’s going to have to add more craft to his game.

@@taylorohiggins1734 you could say the same about Khyzniak, but he’s just so affective with it I can’t see anyone out working him

The referee was very biased against the Indian in many ways. Indian is very strong, he should've used a power jab more whenever he wanted to get a breather, just to keep Khyzniak at bay. But it is nice to see someone try to fight fire with fire - but you need a little more activity even if the shots don't land, and you need better breathing control when exerting yourself.

What's the secret of khyzhniak's stamina .... He never gets tired...... All of his opponents get tired in round 2 or 3 .

Conditioning on the Ukrainian men’s team has been elite for the past 10 years or so. It’s an aspect of the programme that Anatoly Lomachenko really focussed on and improved, and it’s still paying dividends today. Zakharieiev is similarly very well conditioned

@@taylorohiggins1734 Zakhareev and all national team are good but not like Khyzhniak. His trainer is his father. Like Papachenko. Only Khyzhniak senior knows how to maximize work rate. He has some keys

@brucerivera4550 When did Sousa knock him out? I must have missed that. I only saw Sousa knock him down at the very end of the match and then Khyzniak instantly getting back up. Can you please send me the link where he gets knocked out??
