This is a very realistic video I must say. Kitchen pa lang ito, so ‘wag kayo maniwala sa mga posts sa fb na sa kanila na kayo magpagawa, 2 storey-modern house for just 1.2m 😱 kaya minsan pagsinasabi ng mga architect ganitong bagay, natatawa yung mga tao kasi “sabi ng kilala kong contractor ganito lang daw”

Okay na. Napanood ko vlog ni mommy Haidee, nagpa renovate din siyang kitchen last year pero modular cabinet pinagawa niya and halos nasa 500k nagastos niya. Ang mahal pala talaga pag modular? Pero may kitchen island sa kanya. Baka pwede mo rin discuss pros and cons ng modular?

I love the way na talagang pinapakita nya lagi yung costings at estimations. Very informative. At talagang nakakatulong sa mga tulad kong tao na nangangarap na one day, magkaroon ng ganito kagandang kitchen 🥰

Baguio City price po ang binigay nya. Pinakamahal na ang housing cost dito compared sa lowlands. At ang labor cost dito is halos minimum ang 1000 PHP per day per worker. Wala pa yung kape nila dun.

@@volleyball9407 naka-standardize ang rates dito noon pa. 9 years ago yung minimum wage na 650 PHP for construction worker. Halos ayaw na nila gumalaw sa 1000 PHP. Hindi lang natives dito may ganyang rate. Mas typical din dito contract rates which is usually doble pa sa per diya at lower quality.

@@volleyball9407 may difference din sa basic service rates like mechanic repairs. Mas mura ang Manila. Dito may minimum na 2K PHP sa home service or kahit gas station basic repair service.

👍👍galing naman ng comprehensive explanation ng plywood materials at total costing ng cabinetry na umabot ng .... 209,xxx php. Pwede bang parequest, kung I compare mo ito sa IKEA kitchen set. Na may quality materials at easy installation. Suggest lng naman, tapos sabihin mo na rin sa IKEA NA, BEKENEMEN Dud!😜👍

Yes. Im a Quality Control Engineer here in Manila. Punchlist lahat ng visible chipping sa sides ng laminated boards. Kelangan irepair by repainting or worst ( pag malaki at kitang kita ang chips) papalitan mismo ung board. Kaya kelangan right tools ang gamitin. Kudos kay sir Oliver. SLU Alumni here. 👍🏻☺️

agree ako dito arch.now regarding sa edge banding may mga equipment kami ditong ginagamit at special glue (edge banding machine using hot hot melt glue)

Ang pinaka unang nirerepair sa mga cabinets ay ang mga (soft-close) hinges. So, invest in the heavy-duty ones.

This is 100% accurate i am an Architectural designer of modular cabinets in Baguio City and the price is just right alongside the materials laminates and edge banding nowadays marine nebraska plywood is on PHP1720 because of the oil price hike kudos to you Ar. Problem is ikea dont deliver kahit saan sa philippines. Pero bahay ko fully ikea. hehe so far don't expect too much kc ikea.

Sana may affordable pwedeng i ship sa provinces ikea products kasi maybe near future pa sila mag put up in cebu and davao and northern luzon mahirap naman if sa manila lng meron mapapamahal sa tracking para ipadala. Inter island pa naman pinas. Love their product kasi madaling gawin kahit babae ka durability depende sa product but design much better kaisa sa nabibili sa mall sempre kasi kadalasan compact kusot yung gamit local maker well some of the ikea product are same but much better quality.

Sir Oliver, sana magawan niyo ng design yung bagong bili na lupa ni Coach Mav ng Mavs phenomenal basketball. Other YT channel niya is Mavrick Bautista. With basketball court, swimming pool, quarters for basketball players, lockers, dog kennel, streaming room and a place to train for bsketball. Aabangan po naming 2m+ subscribers ni coach. 😁 For sure, hindi masasayang yung design mo tulad ng ginawa ni Wil at Alofia. 😂

Nice topic po! I wonder if may video/vlog na kayo regarding service area? Sayang kasi ang space outside of our house, makitid man siya, parang useful i-convert into dirty kitchen and laundry area, and maybe coffee/breakfast nook din. Nasa around 2 meters yung width, not sure with the length lang.

Oo sa kitchen ko yong melamine pinagawa ko. Dali punasan at hindi nag soak ang tubig.. 6 yrs na cabenit ku still looks new . Kaysa kahoy pagmabasa dali mabulok masira.. great info...

sa tingin ko di xa makakapag content ng aluminum cabinetry kc po d2 sa baguio bihira po ang anay kaya mostly marine plywood po ang ginagamit unlike po sa lowlands/other places na maraming anay kaya po aluminum ang ginagamit...

Meron pong sliding stainless racks na mas mura po. Isasalpak na lang, made according to size of cabinet. Nasa 4,500 to 5,000 ang 2 layer set with tray na po. Punta po kayo sa Alonzo, Manila andun po lahat pati mga fixtures sa CR.
