I love that you did a general video of Olivette. It is the best one I have seen. At 2:27 in the video you are at lot 50 which is for sale. My lot is right next to it with the fire hydrant. Thank you again for your videos. I can show family and friends this and talk them into moving there.

Nice! I’m sure you will love it there! I plan on coming to May 5 farmers market in Olivette. Will be fun! As well as parade of homes this year…at least one house is going to be featured. Can not wait 😍

I love your videos!....but I get discouraged about making the move to the mountains from Wilmington eventually when I keep hearing these prices. I'm perfectly good with living in another town or county a little further away from Asheville, but I'm wondering if that will even make a difference in few more years when we are ready to make the move 😕

Thank you 🙏, and I completely understand your concern. This particular community is not your typical place that most people can afford, that’s for sure. Median sales prices in the area are around upper $400s- low $500s. The farther you go from Asheville itself the more affordable it becomes.

Can you visit if you do not live there? And do they offer rentals?

I’ll double check on rentals for you and be right back! And yes, you can absolutely visit it and drive around. Go to their website and see of there are any community events. May 5th they’ll have a big opening for farmer’s market! - open to everyone, I plan on going.

Ok, so as far as rentals:they allow rentals with a six month minimum term. No STR’s.

They have come with very bad children, ask about the the lithium battery plant. They are new for rich people and are a part of woodfin the couple that buy are wonderful but the hang me owners they bring is worry some a 20 something in a GT3 race car will get your attention.
