The dress is VERY similar to mine, and I wore my mother's and she was married in '71. The blue tissue paper is because if you're storing white fabric and you wrap it in blue tissue paper it's less likely to yellow. Don't know how/why it works, but it does. Our baby dedication dress (3 generations worn so far) has been wrapped in blue tissue paper over the years and hasn't yellowed. It was hand made for my mom and she's about to turn 74.😉 Anyhow, as always I love your diys and am so inspired! Thank you for sharing! ❤

I have done the spray paint lace fabric on front of a night stand drawer. Turned out so pretty. Going to have to that again. I just love lace. So pretty and elegant. Love the tree. My main tree is all of those colors. I also use a lot of crystals on my tree. I think a name for your mannequin could be Victorianna Grace. We all could use some grace.

Enjoy the 4th today ! Weather in my area of NYS on the PA line is going to be all over the place. The city had displays last Saturday, some shows will be done Sat . I have noticed the neighbors have not been lighting up the sky , which works for me since my Jake Jr is not fond of the noise. We use chews or CBD oil. Or treats. It took A LOT of reading, searching to find the ones to buy. Some use allergy stuff. Check with the vet for sure on any extras!! Safe fun & travels to all! Whew! Our area was scarey on the roads Wed!! People in such a hurry , not so much speeding, but very aggressive driving. Both on hi way & in town.

You may want to try using Nellie's Laundry Soda and Nellie's Wow Stick Stain Remover. Hopefully that might help remove some of those stubborn stains and should come out much whiter too! A Happy 4th of July!

Hi Bengi Bear ! Yes, my terrier mix Jake, used to open the back door with his paw or nose! He was a wire hair mix. I am still stuck on the gift boxes ! Today have to say the tray & box of flowers . Both can bring joy, memories to a small spot. The multi bow on the ornament brings it all together! Just three in one spot could easily replace a tree for those who have limited space and or abilities to decorate .

Your large lace ornament would look gorgeous too,😊in the framed lace. Did you think that, instead of, cutting off the zip tie, you can use it to poke into the Styrofoam, thereby, not having to glue the bow in.

If, you're only using the wedding gown for decor, use the spray Clorox bleach, kitchen or bathroom cleaner. Only on the stained spots though. Let the cleaner stay on the stain 10 to 15 minutes, the rub the cloth between your fingers and rinse off. Repeat if needed.

In true Bridgerton fashion you should either name her with something that starts with an "A", since she is your first mannequin. Or, continue on with the letter " I" and name her something like Iris or Isabel. Happy 4th lovely lady 🇺🇸

I have about 3 different kinds of mannequins ,one is from hobby looby,lobby, was black and I painted it white,I use it all year long and decorate it According to my theme .. I've done a wedding theme Christmas tree,I used vintage veils, vintage wedding cards ,I copied different family's wedding day photos in a wallet size and put them on the tree .. I love your ideas,beautiful romantic style.. I'm doing a,queen Esther tree this year we went to see the musical in Branson at the sight and sound theater and it was AMAZING, so because I have a theme every year,this year,Is Be still and know He is God, using the story of queen Esther,I'm looking for ideas to implement it on our Christmas tree I'd love any ideas
