Hi there Mike, love the channel by the way. Im from the UK.. I was going to buy a Goldsea 8" chainsaw as we have orchards, trees galore here and other trees that have come down in the recent storms around different parts of the grounds... but after seeing this review, Im now looking at this particular model?? There is so much choice and I have spent so much money on rubbish units so far.. I am starting to feel rather discouraged by these mini chainsaws. Could you recommend a suitable product for what I want it for here (please xox) Tree surgeons here are incredibly expensive (charging $600 per day). Thanks For watching and the kind words Terry! Thanks for sharing your experience too. This saw was one of the better ones that was sent to me for review. If you are doing a lot of cutting, but still want to keep away from the gas saws, my recommended saw, which is my main go to, is the Dewalt 20 volt. The 5 amp hour battery is decent, but the saw can be purchased as the tool only, and there's many different battery options available which I use the 10 amp hour in many of my videos. For small pruning saws, I reviewed one a month or so ago, I forget the brand, but it actually ran on Dewalt 20 volt batteries. It did really well, but the chain seemed to loosen every 20 or so cuts. It got 160 cuts through a log of roughly 4 inch thick black cherry with the Dewalt 10 amp hour battery. It's in my Chainsaw Stuff playlist and has the Dewalt battery on the thumbnail pic with that saw. I hope that this helps.

Here's the link to that video. It's the Orblon brand. Like I mentioned, the biggest issues with it is the chain loosening, but it does have auto chain tightening which I had never seen before that. Here's the link : kzfaq.info/get/bejne/aK9yh72alqmodnk.html
