I have watched this before too, but failed to say that what i find so appealing about your videos, is the way you communicate your pleasure in the journey, and your responses to what you see. It's too easy just to churn out train journeys. Keep going in the same style!

Hi, thank you for capturing my favourite route! I'm from Ostrava region and I always prefer to use this mountain/countryside route instead of the main and faster one between Ostrava and Olomouc as I'm traveling every weekend back home from Olomouc where I'm doing my studies :) Have a great rest of the day!

Train travel in the Czech Republic is beautiful. We propose an interesting route, Krnov - Jesenik, via the Polish town of Głuchołazy. In Głuchołazy it was not possible to get on this train, the army was guarding the passengers and the train.

Yes, I love the little branch lines just as much as the InterCity services. And yes, I'd love to ride that route another day 👍

What was the date of your journey? It was probably only a COVID measure if you saw army personel there... As of today, you can buy a ticket to/from Głuchołazy.

class 460 "Tornádo" was defintily taken out of ČD Fleet in 04/2024 by its final ride from Olomouc to Chomutov on the other part of the country to the open air train/technical museum

It was ladt year when theese old trains in whole Olomouc region. Within 2023 and 2024 over 30 Brand new electric (RegioPanter) and Brand new diesel train (RegioFox) units Will be launched!!
