Did anyone notice: all original native music is al the same, deep resonating male voices that give rhytm and soul and the high octaves of the woman that sings of the earth, wind, fire , water and animal noices! Beautifull, speak to our souls, mezmirising...we are after all connected and from one people. May these folk/ traditional songs never die pls.

You know I keep coming back to this act because it's so good. As others have said, performing western music in a foreign style, especially that of traditional styles is extremely risky. From a psychology of music standpoint, other countries have their own tuning system. What they perceive is "in tune" may be "out of tune" or "off key" for us.

Wonderful to see, and interesting the similarities between the Siberian native tribe sound and the Native American sound, which supports the idea that Native Americans immigrated across many many centuries ago, created their own cultures but maintained part of their origins. That sound is so spiritual that it can do nothing more to connect you to your inner soul and the world around you. I used to study native American Culture and had many examples of their music. Although I would like this type of music to go mainstream, if it did it might take away some of the power and mystique which connects us to the world.

I love everything about there style of a classic song. My only wish is that I could hear it better. The audience was screaming to loud, they do it everytime someone is singing. Just sit there and listen.

I remember coming across this a couple of years ago. I was in the car with my siblings, dad, and uncle. And I stopped playing it in the car due to my dad saying she sounded like crap. I told him that he should keep his opinion to himself. Bc she sounded amazing and it makes me feel so down to earth.
