Kristen Alderson & Roger Howarth were AMAZING! Starr has several questions for RTodd and he gets them ALL correct, so what's the problem? And then she tells him about Hope. Amazing!

@Dark Demonik Thankfully that never happened. Todd and Starr are magic which is why we need them back! I just hope they'll reveal Todd faked Cole and Hope's death so he would keep them safe from Peterson, as he was gonna try and have them killed back in 2012. That way their ship will have mended as he never spit on his own granddaughter's grave as she was never dead.

@Dark Demonik Indeed. They have to return somehow. But I personally want to learn more on what happened to Todd during the 8 years he was gone. I'm sure he wasn't always held captive by Irene, something must have happened. Maybe we can learn he and Peterson use to be partners in several illegal projects.

these scenes are just so incredible to watch, even years later. there's such a rich history and familiarity between roger and kristen as actors that really shows in both of their performances. starr and viki were reallu the only people who could really keep todd grounded and so that he had a heart and soul underneath everything. seeing them reunite was so special in so many ways, and it's really something you can only get in long-form soaps like this. you can tell starr, viki, and blair both instantly knew it was really him, and todd starting to cry when he sees the photo of hope gets me everytime i watch this. it's such a shame roger never had scenes with susan haskell after he came back, but i don't exactly blame her for leaving when she did given how her character was treated.

Damn...... RH performance is phenomenal. Now this is the Todd Manning that I remember. There is only ONE Todd Manning and we just witnessed him in full force. RH portrayal of Todd has always had a vulnerability to him that made fall in love with with him or he brings out the love to hate him feeling. Whatever the case RH brought tears to my eyes. Very powerful performance by RH.

Their relationship is awesome, they have such a connection!

Made me cry too! What bothered me about all these scenes is no one had any compassion for Todd. They were so caught up in their own shock, didn't think about the trauma to him being tortured and held for 8 years and losing everything and coming back to have no one remember him. The first one to start feeling sympathy and understanding for him is of course Blair...

It has always been implied that Blair is a few years older than Todd (in reality, KDP is 8 years older than RH), but yes, both Todd & Blair were in their 20s (him mid-twenties, her probably late 20s) when Starr was born.

It wasn't implied, it was a fact that Blair was older than Todd. When Blair first came on in 1991, she was a reporter played by Mia Korf. When Todd came on in 1993, he was a college student. So Blair was a few years older than college as she was already a working professional at the time he was in college

Dorian was born in 1944 and Addie is a few years older than her, likely the same age as the actress (1941/1942). Robin Strasser (1945) played her age essentially, as did Addie's actress (1941). Cassie Callison her daughter was born September 11, 1967 (18 in 1985), being conceived during her time in medical school (graduated undergrad in Summer 1966?), around Christmas 1966 when Dorian was 22. Addie alleged that Blair was born at her age being not much older than Starr was when she had Hope at 16. Maybe Addie was 20-22, as would be if born 2 years before Dorian (1944)? Blair was born in October, so anywhere between 1961 and 1964. I'd say October 1964 is credible for Blair, considering the ages of Mia Korf and KDP. Blair must have originally been born in the mid-1960s like Mia Korf (1965) and slightly older than Cassie (1967), but uninformed writers probably aged her closer to KDP at times. Sam and Lindsay called Blair a "young woman" in 1998 and Max called Sam an "old guy" in comparison to Blair. I'm sorry, but KDP at 37 in 1998 was not convincing as a late 20something with a 6 year old. KDP was too mature, in the sense she came of age in the 70s and didn't hide it very well. She was nowhere near Todd and Tea in age. She had at least half a decade on them. Sam was supposed to be around Bo's age back in 1998 the same ages as their actors. So maybe Sam was born in 1950 (48) and Blair was 33-34 when they were together, to prompt a comment from Max Holden who was around 37-38. I think Kassie being the only remaining actress in her age group (late 30s), left a sizeable age gap in 1998, with the next female cast member being Hillary B. Smith at 40-41, and then Catherine Hickland at 42. Not sure how old Lindsay was, maybe a little older than the CH (1956). Luna (1961), Blair (1961), and Alex O (1960) had actresses of the same age. Tonja Walker played older, while Susan Batten played her age. After those two left, KDP became the only one in that group. Hillary B Smith played Nora as much older than she was, from the beginning. HBS wasn't even in her 40s, until mid-June 1997 episodes, yet played middle age for 5 years by then. They made a big deal about her conceiving Matthew. Blair was definitely in her 30s by the time Starr was born onscreen. Maybe not 35 like KDP in RL, but definitely over 30 if Addie had her before Cassie was born in '67 and "not much older than Starr". Cassie was 31 when she left the show in 1999 to Switzerland, so Blair being a "young woman" at 33-35 made some sense Linda Gottlieb wouldn't have cast KDP in November 1993, if she was too old for the role at 32-33, because as beautiful as she is, her Blair was never a day under 25 in 1993. From the way she dressed and acted, she was nowhere near early 20s like Todd/Marty. Todd was probably aged a little to late 1960s, when some of his kids got SORASed and Tea for sure, because she would've had to have been a lawyer in 1992-93. They probably revised it to his 21st birthday in April 1991 instead of 25th birthday in April 1995 (onscreen).

@@radrobd123Not to mention, watching Mia's portrayal, she was definitely in her mid-20s upon debut December 1991 debut and Mia was 26 and left when she was 27 going on 28. Ultimately Blair was a few years younger than KDP, not many years, based on credible claims made over the years by key characters which pointed to her being 28ish to 47ish during her entire run (1993-2011). Only a few times the writing staff contradicted things. I definitely didn't like how Danielle was handled, because she was born in the spring of 2003 and not October 1993 as Carlivati wrote it. Jack being aged 6 years was over the top, compared to the 4 years for Starr (like Philly mainline native Erin Torpey). Blair was referred to during her 1995 miscarriage as being in her twenties, but that wasn't credible unless she was 29 going on 30. Blair *definitely* had a few years on Cassie in 1995, who was 27-28. That dynamic played out in their interactions, with Dorian and Kelly. Most of Blair's crowd were men and women in their early 30s from 1991-1995 (Tina, Cord, Max, Luna, Cain, etc) she didn't come across as much younger than them either. The only other actresses roughly KDP's age, were Karen Witter as Tina (1961), HBS (1957) who played almost a decade older as Nora (later deaged with Troy?) and Tonja Walker (1960) who also played older as Alex Olanov. And of course Susan Batten (1961) as Luna, who was playing her age most likely. And then the actress (1961) who played Officer Andy, playing younger opposite Antonio Vega. Laura Bonariggo (1964) was over 3 1/2 years younger than KDP and Cassie obviously older than Todd's group, even though she got with Kevin Buchanan (messed up by Duke being of age in mid-2000s). Kevin Buchanan was a mess in terms of actors and aging, as the actors were often too old. Jack Armstrong was *36-37* playing the role before Kevin Stapleton (1996-98), not to mention Stapleton himself being 32-34 playing a 25-27 year old. Timothy Gibbs was the only age appropriate actor in the role at 31-33, despite his lack of chemistry. Dan Gauthier (1963) my favorite, was just too old to be someone Todd and Rachel went to college with, being the same age as the actress who played Megan. Yet had a son who was 22 in 2006?

She claims that Todd cheated because he answered everything 100% correctly? She believes everyone would have forgotten a thing or 2 about their past. That's kind of hard when it's your own past. I suppose if he had gotten a thing or 2 wrong, she would've claimed he's not Todd because the real Todd would never forget anything.

Blair's age has been hinted at a few times. But I will say, she was always the older woman in her later relationships. After 2000, only Sam Rappaport, Max, and Spencer were older than her. They stopped casting older actors for her after that. Other than Spencer Truman (2005-07), nearly all of the characters on the show were either much older or younger than Blair, who was probably in her 40s during the duration of TSJ as Todd and in her 30s before that. Blair's age group entirely vanished from the canvas, save for maybe Tomas at the end of the show and maybe Tina, Cord cameos. Most of the characters during the last 5 years of OLTL, were either younger than 40 or over 50, leaving Blair by herself.
