Not necessarily true. You’re only as good as what you train for. For example, sumo vs conventional dl, you’re going to be better at the one you train in most. Another example is a sprinter vs distance runner

Yah... well Browney accepted that but it's definitely insanely easier to do the crossfit muscle-ups and takes little effort (compared to strict ones).

@@BunnyAce I used to be able to do 30+ kipping muscle-ups easily but not a single strict one. So, yeah, definitely easier.

Browney could easily beat Nick 2 rounds earlier if he just asked him to do a one-arm pullup or planche. A lot of calisthenics exercises simply cant be done by other athletes

Actually at muscle ups with too much explosiveness it becomes a lot easier,I wouldn't have counted those,but still good try
