Yeah the evidence for sauna's + health is pretty amazing. Even reduces heart disease. Wish i had one in my house.

Plasma volume increase is the key benefit of sauna! Some studies show as much as 7% increase in PV, which improves stroke volume! Definitely a benefit for runners and cyclists! 👍
