i'll say this again: tessa really came back on a completely different level in 2017, especially with her facial expressions. she was never this sassy, authoritative, commanding, nor dynamic with her facial expressions during their years with zueva. she came back a QUEEN

I remember when a commentator at 2018 Olympics said Tessa is the epitome of a female ice dancer. No one moves like her I think that is 100% correct. She is the best example of what ice dance should look like ❤

They have EVERYTHING, they have the talent, the artistry, the technical components, the chemistry, they never hesitate, they never doubt, they attack every single program, the world of figure skating will never see another tessa virtue and scott moir. They make skating easy to understand, easy to love, you are not wondering if they are good, even if you don’t understand the sport, you know they are, they make you feel you are part of it. Thank you Virtue and Moir for an amazing career.

v/m is a once in a lifetime team. it's almost impossible to find/form a dance team whose members are almost as equally matched in their technical excellence and level of artistry/expression as v/m are with each other

Feels bittersweet to watch this after their announcement last night. So incredly glad we have this magic they created, so heartbroken the world will never see it again. Either way, infinite thanks to Tessa and Scott for gracing the world with theyr brillance.

Not only were they the best skaters and dancers on ice, they were also amazing actors and I always feel like I'm watching a movie of what they portray.

The last gala performance they did was genius. Everything came together for one last time, all the steps and lifts they did throughout The years, just a magical ending to their olympic lives
