OM606N/A Gets 7,5mm superpump

As a test we put a 7,5mm superpump calibrated to N/A spec into a MB E300 Diesel just to se if can get it to perform better. Engine is going to be turbo converted later on with stock parts, Pump do 45cc N/A and 80cc at 1,5bar of boost

I spent 26 years as a telecommunications technician, 20 years on customer equipment, party retired now rebuilding diesel engines and started to look inside injector pumps, I can tell you it beats the hell out of a job where all the knowledge you learn is obsolete the day you learned it, this is a far better and easier craft and more full filling.

I've done alot of jobs too, and as I get older I think taking the diesel mechanic course in college would've been rewarding. The Mercedes diesels are so interesting, and getting power gains, or convert biodiesel, or vegetable oil could breath new life into a great motor!

I've been watching all your videos. I'm trying to figure out if a non turbo 1980 300d injection pump can be adjusted for volume in a single chamber? The no4 puts out way too much fuel and causes smoke even though the injectors have been switched. I tested the pump and it blows double the amount out of no 4.

Stock internals is the same for turbo and natural aspirated?

No, normal aspirated have weaker conecting rods, but anyway could suport until 300 hp safe
