"Leia" made slower times competing on the women's team than when he competed on the men's, and STILL WON! What does that tell you, about his swimming abilities??? AND the fairness of those competitions towards his women competitors???? Seems to me, the woman from the university is the one who doesn't understand what hormone replacement therapy does (and, doesn't do) to the body. Shame on her.

Lia didn't win a thing in women's sports! Cheating isn't winning! Act with some ethics and people will respect you. Taking a little estrogen isn't going to harm Lia's long legs, long arms, lung capacity, and every XY physical attribute which gives Lia an unfair advantage in women's swimming. This video is gross, in my opinion.

going through puberty or not has nothing to do with larger throat, larger heart and lung sizes giving a quicker recovery time and larger air intake...amongst other advantages that have noting to do with going through puberty or not (including pelvic formation...generally larger bodies and longer limbs and so forth...denser bones....more muscle mass...)
