This piece absolutely blows me away and it's quite a testament to how music doesn't have to be complex to be beautiful. A simple, easy to understand piano line with just a little bit of accompaniment turned out to be exquisite...exquisite in a minor key no less. That's not very common. I first encountered Omar's music many years ago with Run Away With Me. His music is so unique that it almost defies description. It's hard to put it into words. You just have to listen.

14 years ago (a week before I married my now husband) I walked into a gift shop and this song was playing. I was just taken aback from its beauty. I saw the album displayed on the counter with a little sign “currently playing”. I bought it and it’s a treasure to me. Thank you, very talented and heartfelt music.

Почему-то эта чудесная мелодия такая прекрасная, печальная так действует на меня, что слушая её, я проливаю слезы,, наверное я такая же, как и мелодия впечатлительная, но эта, мелодия вызывает такие воспоминания и чувства, ощущения, от которых замирает сердце и светлеет душа

saya pernah diam diam mengagumi seseorang.....tp saya tak pernah menyatakannya ....bila sendiri saya membayangkannya senyumnya yg manis dan dia pribadi yg ramah...dan sekolahpun sekesai ......kami berpisah dan tdk tahu dia berada di mana........sampai sekarang sudah berpuluh tahun aku masih mengenang dan mencintainya.....😢😢😢

This music is like a person talking inside of me carving back the childhood memories, the warm feelings i had with my parents who passed away years ago, my younger brother who left the world very young and then came the blessings i have now, a daughter who has grown into a lady in a glimpse of an eye and a son who is a young man and a husband despite broken feelings and missing things is a one whom i spent with most of my life
