23:20 Since this is just the first chapter of the game and not much lore to know yet, here is what's been theorized: The last tape you listened to was possibly one of the workers/scientists running the experiments in the factory. Either using the workers we hear on the tapes or possibly children (hinting toward an orphanage being said by a character named Rich in a tape, as well to a poster in the Build.a.Friend section) as the subjects for the experiments to make the toys "lifelike" as possible. Huggy being one of these experiments, exp. 1006, whether he was intended to be docile or hostile or whatever his purpose was, we don't know but from the sound of it, it must of been a failure, after he turns on them killing all or some of the workers in the factory. or it could be possible that the some of the workers that survived, could have somehow became one of the toys thats shown and advertised around the place. The Candy Cat, the dino and that pink version of Huggy, might see them in future chapters I hope! And a return of Huggy! I'd love to see him come back! And this is from theories I've heard and some that are from myself!

This is everything we know about the lore so far, Omar. Playtime Co. was doing horrific experiments on people. We don’t know what their motive was but we know that Huggy was experiment 1006 meaning that their could be at least 1005 more experiments out there. Some say that the toys are possessed by the spirits of people who were victims of Playtime’s research. The only known experiments are Huggy and Poppy. My theory is that the toys are hostile towards the player because our character was an ex employee at Playtime Co. This could mean the toys are confused and angry and want revenge on the scientists who conducted those horrific experiments.

Huggy kinda reminds me of Gumby. (That one green dude from the old kids books). It wouldn't surprise me if that's what inspired the creator to make Huggy. Especially cences the idems in the game are rather similar to old 90s toys, such as the grabpack and 📼 tapes.
